Internal-only endpoint protected by a shared secret in `X-Internal-Api-Key` (or `X-Internal-Key` / `Authorization`). Compared with `crypto.timingSafeEqual`. Triggers `nudgeGameLoop()` so the scheduler re-evaluates its state.
