Trigger a scheduler nudge (internal)

Internal-only endpoint protected by a shared secret in X-Internal-Api-Key (or X-Internal-Key / Authorization). Compared with crypto.timingSafeEqual. Triggers nudgeGameLoop() so the scheduler re-evaluates its state.
